version releases, prioritized bug fixes, and requested feature enhancements free of charge during the
plan term.
To protect an organization from the future higher costs of upgrading, maintenance coverage is at
a significantly lower price than upgrading. Century’s maintenance program offers any and all
releases, updates, patches and fixes that are released within the period of maintenance coverage free
of charge, providing a significant savings compared to upgrade costs when Windows OS or security
requirements change.
Product maintenance subscribers can access upgrades and other maintenance features
through the Customer Portal. The
maintenance agreement is also
available online.

A maintenance contract locks in your price per seat at 15% of original price for
as long as you renew the
agreement before expiration. This is a significant cost savings over
purchasing upgrades at 60% of original price, and keeps you on the most
current versions or updates possible.
